1. What we handle

• A random visitor cookie (yw_vid) that tells your browser apart. It isn’t linked to your name.
• What you write and choose: your worry, your answer to Yeowoon’s question, and the three cards.
• The reading generated for you.
• Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics, no cookies): the page address without its query, the site you came from, country and device type. A short label for the link you arrived from (for example utm_source) is kept in this browser for 30 days and counted with the steps above and with orders.
• For purchases: the order id, product, amount and status. Card details and your billing address stay with Lemon Squeezy.

2. Why

To write your reading, to let you reopen a reading you paid for, to check and refund payments, and to limit abuse.

3. How long

• Your reading is cached on our server for one day so a retry or payment opens the same reading.
• The visitor cookie and your reading tickets: 400 days. Paid order records: 5 years, as required for transaction records.
• We keep counts of page views and readings without your text or identifier.

4. Who processes it

• OpenAI (US): writes the reading from your worry, answer and cards. Requests are marked not to be stored for the application, and we don’t send them for training. OpenAI may keep abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days.
• Lemon Squeezy (US): checkout, payment, tax and refunds as merchant of record.
• Vercel (US): hosting. Upstash (US): storage for tickets, orders and the one-day reading cache.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data tied to your browser, or to stop processing it, at contact@neuralab.kr. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
