Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Yeonwol (yeonwol.app) is run by NeuraLab, a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. Contact: contact@neuralab.kr.

2. What you get

• Tarot readings written by an AI for the worry you type and the three cards you choose. Yeowoon is a fictional character.
• Readings are for entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future.
• You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.

3. Prices and payment

• Your first reading in a browser is free. After that a reading is US$3.99, or US$9.99 for three. Prices don’t include sales tax or VAT; where it applies, it is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT where required. Their buyer terms apply to the purchase.
• Readings you pay for are tied to the browser you paid from. Clearing its cookies can disconnect them.

4. Refunds

• A reading that has been shown is digital content already delivered and is not refundable for a change of mind.
• Readings you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For the three-reading pack, each used reading counts as US$3.99.
• If a reading failed because of a technical problem or you were charged twice, we will deliver it again or refund you.
• Ask at contact@neuralab.kr with your order email.

5. Fair use

Don’t use the service to harm others, to break the law, or to overload it with automated requests. We may limit access when that happens.

6. Liability and law

We provide the service as it is and are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading, except where the law says otherwise. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. See also the Privacy Policy.
